Odette or the passion for cabbage

This weekend, we’re going to the Odette, a Parisian choux bar similar to a 1920s tea room. Frédéric produces creamy sweets with 1001 flavours: coffee, praline, lemon, forest fruits, green tea or caramel… Presented under a bell, these marvels can be enjoyed without moderation with a glass of champagne and a view of Notre-Dame. Cliché but so good….
