10 reasons to settle (permanently) in Santa Teresa with your family

1.       Live on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world in a small village of surfers lost in the south of the Nicoya Peninsula.
2.     To celebrate. Every Sunday, the Rocamar Beach Lounge lights a big fire on the sand. The children are all naked, the glasses are filled with mojito with passion fruit, the DJ mixes mingle with the sound of the drums and everyone dances under the stars. It’s different from the TF1 movie.
3.     Sleep at Blue Surf Sanctuary Lodge, a paradisiacal surf camp. 4 small houses in the jungle, a fresh swimming pool, a large outdoor kitchen to share, hammocks under the trees and a caring staff. The best address on the peninsula.
4.     Learn to surf. Toro, who lives here with his lovely family, is the best teacher in Costa Rica. Soft, calm and in love with the ocean, it makes you want to live on a surfboard.
5.     Enjoy an almond croissant à la Bakery, an incredible French bakery on the edge of the track. Hipsters in Ray Ban and girls in Heimstone gather around a gluten-free bread and a cappuccino. Snob but so friendly.
6.    Ride a quad on dirt roads and forget about traffic lights, traffic jams and asphalt.
7.     Doing yoga every morning in front of the ocean or trying pilates, here we take care of ourselves. Pura Vida.
8.    Lunch in a soda, a typical ticos restaurant. Order an ultra fresh ceviche with a slice of grilled plantain banana and enjoy the time that passes. My favorite? Soda Tiquicia.
9.    Living with nature. Meet a monkey when you wake up, an iguana for lunch and a toucan for dinner.
10.  Put her children in the village Montessori school and open a foodtruck with me!
