Céline Orjubin, the bubbly My little Paris co-owner, tells us about her favorite address: a charming hotel near Quiberon.
‘I come from Vannes and I am in love with my Brittany. I love the Petit Hotel du Grand Large in Pontivy, on the Cote Sauvage. Its 6 small bedrooms, simple but all different and have a sea view. Here, no television, no telephones, no minibars or lifts, it is all about the slow-life.
Hervé Bourdon’s cuisine is divine. This self-taught chef takes his inspiration from his region and mixes fresh herbs, wild seaweeds with fishes and endemic vegetables. After a breakfast with jams, Malo yogurts and Brendan Bihan brioches, I’m on my way to surf on Sainte Barbe’s beach, just near the hotel.’
